Johnson 9.5 4 stroke long shaft electric start outboard — £0

This engine currently driving an Avon 9' rib with I might say some style. It has a four blade prop and copes well with a heavy boat with 4 people aboard. Ideal auxillary engine for a yacht or small cruiser. Very little use and can be seen running.

SEAGULL OUTBOARD — £100

This beastie is the big one with reduction gearbox and five blade prop, plus reverse gear. Cannot remember horsepower but its about 6 or 7 from memory. Its all academic really because it will push a heavy displacement yacht against a four knot current with no trouble. It came of an inshore fishing boat at Aldburgh and it used to bring her home from the rough and tumble of the North Sea whenever the main engine failed.

It would sit very comfortable in a locker on your boat ready for the day when you collect a lobster pot around your prop shaft, you will be so pleased you bought the ultimate insurance then.

Perkins 4107 Diesel engine with Hurth box. — £500

The engine suitable for spares as it needs new liners. Cylinder head overhauled March 09, new valves, springs etc and had no work you are buying the cylinder head and the rest comes free. Engine was running albeit asthmatically when removed from boat. Treasure trove of spares.
