Fishing Boat ,SeadogPrice: £950
![]() | This purposeful little craft is ideal for half a dozen anglers or even to use as a small workboat. It is a very stable craft and produces little wash at speed. It has a small wheelhouse shelter, which is open at the rear but could easily be enclosed. It comes with two moveable seats, a central thwart, and a seat doubling up as a locker top aft and a moulded bench seat either side of the cockpit. Ample enclosed storage space for bait, buckets and other bits and pieces. The last owners had a 10hp Honda, which gave it a good performance; this engine was stolen so the price is just for the boat only. A much larger engine we imagine could be fitted if required. It has been recently repainted with a blue hull and deck with a white superstructure, the cockpit area is grey. This is a very handy little boat well able to stand a lot of work and is out of the water but will be launched when sold. All proceeds of this sale are being generously donated to the Brundall Riverside Lifeboat. |
Elysian 27 Electric powered CruiserPrice: £8,500
This is a typical centre cockpit Elysian, cosmetically she needs her decks and superstructure repainting and the folding cockpit sides are in need of a screw here and there. She is very sound and can be sailed away on her own power today. What makes her totally unique is that she is electrically powered by storage batteries and cruises at hull speed in almost total silence. With consideration and careful use of the tides the previous owner found it was possible to go from her mooring in Brundall, down to Yarmouth and up the Bure to Wroxham in one day without charging batteries, roughly 60 miles and to be realistic you only ever go a few miles a day anyway so range is not an issue. She is very well designed from an electrical point of view and stores approx 810 amps in her massive storage batteries. It was discovered the Elysian hull was almost perfect for electric propulsion and certainly, "moonglow" simply slips through the water with hardly a sound or a ripple The Broads Authority provide charging points for electric boats convieniently at free moorings around the whole broads system so one can cruise in silence without pollution a...
Dutch Style Narrow BoatPrice: £79,500
Dutch Courage is a very attractive Dutch styled narrow boat, very purposeful and much admired wherever she goes. She has cruised extensively with her owners throughout the English system and has ventured overseas and cruised the European network from the Friesland Meres in the Netherlands to the Etang in southern France and the Canal du midi. She is much admired wherever she goes with her powerful stem and rakish stern she turns many heads anxious for that second glance. The vessel measures 60'x6'10", Designed and the build supervised by Balliol Fowden to a high specification at Braunston in 1992. Hull built by Dave Thomas with a 20mm bottom,6mm sides and 5mm top sides. Fitted out by U.C.C. with superb Oak/Mahogany panelling and carpeting throughout.

Moonraker 350Price: £55,000
Libary Photograph The Moonraker Twin Screw Fly Bridge Motor Yacht as built by JCL Marine, Brundal Norfolk and owned by the late Colin Chapman of Lotus Cars is probably the most inovative and succesful Motor Cruiser built in the 1970's and 80's. Designed initially by Robert Tucker, one of the UK's most prolific small craft designers, her clean razor edge styling still turn heads today . Very seaworthy her only vice being that she is a wet boat in a head sea with the wind forward of the beam, otherwise she is capable of making fast passages in rough weather, not for nothing was the boat called a "Softrider". They are found all over Europe, some in the USA and even in Australia. A thriving owners club exists and spare parts are easily obtained. The majority of the Fly Bridge boats are fitted with Perkins T6354 175 HP Diesels, about a dozen were fitted with 180 HP Fords, a very few have been re-engined with larger Mercruisers on reduction gearboxes and four bladed props. The craft we will be offering for sale this spring is one of the last to be moulded by JCL Marine,...
